We believe in strength and resilience of every individual on their healthcare journey. We see each patient as a warrior, ready to fight for their health and well-being.
Each element of our logo embodies our mission. That starts with the Caduceus, which is synonymous with healthcare. Upon closer inspection, though, ours is not others. It is not the staff carried by Hermes, but a naval sword carried by high ranking United States Naval Officers. The downward pointing sword symbolizes peace and a time of rest. The wings are a sharp symmetrical iconic representation of the stripes on an American Flag.
Our Team

Tim Romanoski, MD
Dr. Tim Romanoski, a native Marylander, is a Board Certified Family Physician, specializing in primary care and sports medicine.
After spending two preliminary years in a surgery residency, he changed to family medicine, easily integrating his surgical skills to the practice of family medicine.
He proceeded to further his training and entered into a primary care sports medicine fellowship providing musculoskeletal care to athletes and his family medicine patients. He has a philosophy that health goes beyond medication. A healthy lifestyle includes proper diet, exercise and optimization of hormones to when people are in their prime — promoting a higher quality of life.
Dr. Romanoski graduated from Ross University School of Medicine. He then went on to complete two years of general surgery at St John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then went on to a family medicine residency at Altoona Family Physicians.
Here he learned the fundamentals of patient care and proper medical treatments. He continued to expand his knowledge and completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at West Virginia University. He has worked with collegiate, high school and pro athletes, including the Chesapeake Bayhawks.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and two dogs.

Vallerie Wallace, CRNP
Valerie Wallace is a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Annapolis, MD, who specializes in family medicine and women’s health.
She originally attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While she intended for her original career path to be in child psychology her husband’s career in the military delayed her schooling. Her children and her husband inspired her to return to her past love of medicine and a career in service to others.
Valerie then pursued a career in nursing after graduating from Sentara College of Nursing in Norfolk, Virginia. This career served to be portable for duty assignments that required frequent moves but allowed her to continue serving others and her country through support to her husband. Upon graduation, she worked in Emergency Medicine. While working in emergency medicine for almost a decade Valerie felt compelled to make a broader impact upon patients and their families. During this time, she obtained a Masters degree in Nursing and graduated from Chamberlain University in 2018.
Upon completion of her Masters degree in Nursing, she worked in family practice for three years. Valerie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Maryland, and an active member of the American Association for Nurse Practitioners.
Most importantly she believes in treating the person as a whole and values family relationships in respect to health.
She enjoys traveling, boating, design, and is thrilled to call Kent Island her forever hometown.
