We do not take insurance. We encourage insurance for ED, labs, medications, imaging, and specialists. We offer discounted cash rates for labs and imaging.
Yes. For children 13-17, the rate is $50/month with a subscribing parent/guardian. 18- and 19-year-olds fall under our $75/month rate.
