General
While DPC and Concierge Medicine both provide improved access and service, Concierge Medicine takes insurance, charges a membership fee and takes your copays for each visit. DPC provides you better access to your care team and personalized care at an affordable price. We have also negotiated cash prices for our patients to help expedite other services like blood work and imaging without waiting for insurance approval.

Better Care as we are able to spend more time with you and get to know you and not just your chart. The better our relationship is with you, the better we can develop a personalized care plan for you.

When you join Warrior Medical Group, LLC, as a member you will be provided with a number to contact Dr. Romanoski or Valerie Wallace either by text or phone call. You can also email us. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner. If you text or email us during the day, please know that we may be busy with another patient and will respond as soon as we can. The use of email or text is not appropriate for urgent matters, and we recommend you call.
You may call the office at (443) 203-8145 and we will be happy to triage you. If we determine that your problem does not need immediate medical attention, we will schedule at the next available opening. If you need a higher level of care, we will have you report to the nearest Urgent Care or Emergency Room for treatment.
Because your membership does not equate to health insurance, your membership fee does not include Urgent Care or Emergency Room services and this will need to be processed through your insurance.
If you are a patient established with Warrior Medical Group and the refill is appropriate, we will take care of this for you as soon as we can. If you have not established with Warrior Medical Group, we cannot fill your medications, even if you were a patient of Dr. Romanoski or Valerie at their previous offices. Please contact your current primary care office to make arrangements for the continuation of your medications.
Billing & Insurance
There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $75
We advise that you consult with your accountant or financial advisor in regards to using your HSA/FSA for membership fees.
HSA Accounts: We would like to point you in the right direction. IRS Document 213(d) and IRS Document 502 are very helpful documents to review prior to making a decision with your financial advisor. Many patients across the country are using HSA’s in combination with Direct Primary Care.
FSA Accounts: These work quite well; however, please contact your account administrator to confirm.m description
We do our best to be transparent with our pricing. If something will incur a charge we will inform you before we proceed. If you wish to pay out of pocket for your blood work, we will provide you with a list of tests ordered and their prices. We can also provide you with a list of prices for imaging through Advanced Radiology.
If you wish to use peptides, testosterone adjunctive therapies or weight loss medications through the compounding pharmacy, we will provide you with the pricing information and the shipping cost.
Office procedures such as joint injections, biopsies and other more extensive procedures will have an associated cost to help cover supplies.
EKGs and Urinalyses and other point of care testing are covered by your membership
We ask that you maintain your insurance to help cover costs of specialist visits and for labs and imaging services. We have negotiated cash rates for our patients for imaging and lab work if you wish to pay out of pocket for expedited service
We can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you.
Patients with Medicare are unable to submit for reimbursement to Medicare for services provided by Warrior Medical Group, LLC, due to Federal Regulations.
Billing & Insurance
We understand there are may questions around DPC and TRT. And sometimes you don’t connect with the provider.
We do offer consultations ($75/person for DPC and $150/person for TRT). If you sign up within 30 days of your consultation, we can apply this to your enrollment fee.
